Work with nature, for nature
HomeGrown Habitats aims to aid in the Earth’s return to health by consulting, designing, installing, and maintaining ecology forward, native, medicinal, and pollinator habitats.
We are a regenerative landscape & garden firm located in the Kansas City Metro area specializing in ecological landscaping with a focus on native, weather accepting, and pollinator friendly plants.
Most conventional gardens are designed to be chemically dependent on toxic fertilizers and pesticides which can negatively impact human, animal, plant, insect, and soil health. (Link) These same systems often rely on heavily treated water that has been shown to have similar consequences on the immediate habitat. (Link)
We work with nature to establish health from the ground up by transitioning habitats to become conscious of soil health, proper plant selection, and efficient resource & water management.
We work for nature by using these core principles to respect and promote a healthier cycle; a mutual benefiting system that is self-reliant for all species living within your HomeGrown Habitat.
